脾动脉结扎伴大网膜填塞保脾72例

Methods Seventy-two cases of traumatic rupture of spleen received splenic artery ligation , gastrocolic omentum plugging and suture and repair of rupture .

方法对72例外伤性脾破裂采用脾动脉结扎及大网膜填塞脾破裂口缝合修补治疗。

Objective To investigate the effect of gastrocolic omentum grafting on patients with postthrombotic syndrome of the lower extremity ( PTC ) .

目的总结分析大网膜移植术治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成后综合征（PTS）的疗效。

Methods 37 patients with PTS after gastrocolic omentum grafting from 1995 to 2005 were followed up . Results All cases with PTS were treated by gastrocolic omentum grafting .

方法总结1995年￣2005年37例大网膜移植术的治疗情况。

Among 284 cases of splenectomy , 2 cases died of severe cerebral trauma , hepatorrhexis and kidney injury , 65 cases had spleen transplantation in gastrocolic omentum which had no relative complications .

284例脾切除术患者中，2例分别死于严重脑外伤和脑外伤合并肝破裂、肾损伤复合伤。65例脾脏切除后脾片种植于大网膜者，无相关合并症发生。
